QWTOOL is an efficient and powerful tool that supports and improves the energy consultant's work of analyzing and optimizing the energy usage of buildings.
In the energy consultant's traditional energy analysis, the savings potential is presented when energy-renovating a building, and modernization of technical systems and building installations is proposed.
The energy analysis can be complemented in an efficient manner by reusing much of the collected building data from the energy analysis in QWTOOL.
Detailed information on the potential savings for optimizing the building is presented in the report. The purpose of this supplement is to highlight measures that can restore the building's energy performance to the best possible level with existing installations.
Before the energy audit is started, QWTOOL is configured with tasks related to building data and HVAC* systems so that each building gets a unique setup. This work only needs to be done once. After that, the building can be energy audited any number of times during both winter and summer seasons.

The cost of the subscription depends on the number of buildings and the total area of the buildings to be included in the subscription.
The prism model for subscriptions is designed so that the more buildings and the larger the area, the lower the unit price per building and per square meter.
